Let’s get started!
100% free/ No signup required
Artguru is a 100% free AI art generator. It doesn’t require any payment, not even registration! I’m not sure if there’s any way it could be any more free than this.
The company doesn’t care about your e-mail ID or sending you promotional emails.
Of course, the free plan isn’t unlimited but it’s more than enough to get you an idea of the tool’s features and potential.
AI Art Generator
This is the primary Artguru AI feature. It generates AI art for you. You can start by prompting what you want it to draw using the text box.
It isn’t limited to only text. You can also upload your own image and ask the AI to use it as a reference, tweak it or do anything else with it.
You can also choose the number of images you wish each instance to generate. Minimum possible choice is 1 image and the maximum is 3. Of course, the same prompts can be used an unlimited number of times.
It also lets you choose from dozens of different styles (refer to the screenshot above). These include:
- Headshots
- Anime
- Financial Elite
- Cartoon
- Fantasy 3D
- CyberPunk
- Sketch and many others.
It even allows you to set “negative prompts”. Whatever you enter in the negative prompt is never included in your output. You can enter elements like “plants”/”cars”/”people” and whatever else you want .
To verify the results, I prompted the following- “A robotic, futuristic soldier in a modern city” and selected “Cyberpunk” as the style so it matches my prompt. Here’s what I got:
Given the simplicity of the prompt, I’d say I’m more than happy with what I got. Aren’t you?
Well, if you thought it was just text or images, you were wrong! The Artguru AI is also capable of generating video from text! Simply prompt what you want a video to be and it’s generated in a few seconds.
Then there’s a “Chat to Image” feature. It’s basically a text-to-image generator but you keep talking to the AI and there are less customization options available than the native art generator we discussed above.
I generated the above picture and as is evident, it looks pretty realistic, doesn’t it?
Headshot generator
I call this “professionalism generator”. That’s so because it generates an extremely professional, Linkedin-worthy headshot portrait of you from normal, everyday pictures.
You can use these on resumes or any other business related purposes. Of course you can use them on Tinder too if you want to although I guess that isn’t the best choice.
You start by selecting anywhere between 1-8 styles. This is how you want your picture to look.
You’d need to upload a minimum of 6 and maximum 12 photos. It’s best if you use different angles, backgrounds, and lighting for these photos. The more variety, the better your output is.
Other Artguru AI features
AI Artguru offers many other features that are pretty straightforward yet impressive. Instead of writing paragraphs for them, which would waste both our time (as they’re extremely simple to understand), let me list them quickly for you, eh?
- AI Magic Eraser: Got someone, or something you don’t want in a photo? Simply select the object and it gets removed naturally, without ever hinting at its existence within seconds.
- Unblur image: If you’ve got a blurred image, well, it unblurs it. To verify the results, I uploaded a picture of a blurred phone, and here’s how it cleaned it up for me:
Well, I was impressed, blown away, mesmerised with the level of clarity it produced for me.
- AI Photo Enhancer: You upload a photo, the quality is enhanced. As simple as that. Here’s my test and the results:
- AI Avatars: These are basically AI versions of you that you can generate. It lets you generate hundreds of avatars. All you’ve to do is choose the styles that you like and upload your photo.
- Background remover: Yes, guess what it does! Again, this Artguru review wouldn’t be a “review” if I don’t test it out so here’s me testing it out:
Again, I’m more than impressed as it perfectly identifies the subject, without any additional prompts or settings and removes everything in the background!
Artguru Pricing Plans
Artguru AI is free, as mentioned above. Most of the features are accessible on the free plan.
However, above the free credits (8 per day), you’d need a paid plan.
Two paid plans exist:
- Mini: $1.67/month: 400 credits.
- Standard: $3.34/month- 5000 credits.
Conclusion- Artguru Review: Is It the Best Free AI Art Generator?
Artguru offers nearly all the tools you may want from an AI tool. There’s text generation, image references, headshots, background removers, AI avatars and so much more.
Of course, better tools may exist out there. But, for the price that it demands, I’ll say it’s one of the most rationally priced AI tools out there.
The generated images almost always look realistic and perfectly fine tuned. To be honest, there’s not much to complain about.
Go try it out, it’s free and that’ll help you decide better.
